What you’ll be doing?
We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves providing high-quality telephone, portal, and email-based support to businesses across the UK. The primary focus will be on desktop, server, and Microsoft 365 support, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and technical solutions.
What we’re looking for:
- Holds a formal IT qualification (degree, diploma, or equivalent).
- Has industry experience (advantageous but not essential).
- Possesses strong diagnostic skills and can troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Communicates confidently and professionally over the phone, email, and portal.
- Understands that customer service is key and is passionate about keeping both customers and colleagues happy.
- Full UK driving licence (Essential).
- Microsoft or other IT certifications are beneficial but not required.
